Tidak terasa jarak tempuh sikebo telah menggapai 27.000 kilometer. Sebuah angka yang lumayan sadis kalau menilik usia motor yang masih sekitar 1,5 tahun (Oktober 2010-Maret 2012). Maklum…tiap hari dipakai kerja dengan rute Depok-Jakarta pulang pergi (70KM) menjadi penyumbang terbesar merangkaknya odometer. Pada rentang masa yang disebutkan…tercatat IWB hanya ganti kampas rem depan serta filter oli….
Idealnya…pabrikan menyarankan konsumen mengganti filter udara secara periodik per16.000-20.000KM. Jika lokasi tempat sampeyan cenderung lembab, berdebu seperti gunung Bromo contohnya…penggantian bisa dipercepat. Sebaliknya….kalau mzbro tinggal dikota yang asri, adem dan sejuk bebas polusi…monggo mawon untuk dipostphone. Begitu pula filter oli…dianjurkan per10.000. Maka dari itu…dengan jarak tempuh 27.000 sudah seharusnya filter oli memasuki penggantian yang ketiga kali 
. Yo wis…nggak apa-apa. Lebih baik terlambat dari pada tidak? (ngeles). Jadi, dua komponen masuk dalam daftar belanja yakni filter oli dan udara!!…..
Meluncur kedealer langganan…ternyata kedua part yang IWB butuhkan ready stock tidak perlu inden. Hal ini beda dengan kasus awal (tahun 2011) dimana IWB harus hunting kiri kanan untuk sekedar mencari komponen penyaring oli. Setelah confirm, penjaga gudang mengambil part yang dimaksud…kemudian IWB teliti. Hhhm…ternyata bentuknya beda dengan punya Vixion ataupun Scorpio. Independent tidak bisa kanibal nih . Diatas kemasan plastik…tertulis jelas kode part 45P-E4450-00. Yup 45P,….hanya untuk Byson mzbro. Tapi bukan itu yang membikin IWB tertarik, namun pada permukaan kemasan sebuah tulisan “Made In Indonesia”? terpampang disana. Akhirnya Byson sudah buatan Indonesia. Tidak diragukan…part telah diproduksi disini. Padahal sebelumnya mereka masih melakukan import secara utuh dari India (klik disini). Bukti Yamaha Byson sudah rakitan lokal ?? no doubt !!….
Secara total belanja yang IWB lakukan….Yamalube Sport 37ribu, filter oli 34ribu,? filter udara (air cleaner) 40ribu dan yang terakhir biaya servis 27ribu. Jadi total sekitar 138ribu rupiah. Cukup murah mzbro!. Last…Dari fakta diatas kekuatan produksi YIMM untuk varian gen FZ terbukti memang digenjot. Tidak hanya sisi produk, namun pernik-pernik part dibelakangnya juga diracik menggunakan kekuatan sendiri…..(iwb)
